The beginning of my last period was September 1st. I had unprotected sex on Thursday the 13th he pulled out. I had sex again on Saturday night the 15th he left it in. I took next choice one dose the next morning Sunday the 16th so that was 11 hours from the time I had sex. Im a lil over 5 weeks pregnant now. When did I become pregnant? Did the pill not work?

You could have gotten pregnant either time.
Normally you'd ovulate between days 11 and 16 of your cycle. You had sex on day 12 and day 14. Sperm can live about 5 days. You were at/about peak fertility when you had sex.
Next choice should have protected you from either day. You did take it within 72 hours, even of the Thursday sex. Unfortunately, emergency contraceptives, like Plan B or Next Choice, are not as effective as a daily birth control pill.
There is no way to know which day led to conception. Remember too, you don't get pregnant immediately, it takes some time for the egg/sperm to meet.
