Ummmm. you may want to call your doctor!!! Sounds like your going into labor. If your contractions are consistantly 10 minutes apart accompanied with back pain, this could be your day. If your water hasn't broken yet, don't panic, you still have time. CALL THE DOCTOR..and good luck.
