I'm trying to figure out the days in Nov that I was fertile? I just stopped using the Pill and started spotting on the 13th and regular flow on the 16th...which day would I consider the first day of my last period to figure out what days I could have conceived and when/if to expect my period?

I always start with the day my flow actually started and disregaurd the day prior when i was just spotting
