I noticed a couple months ago that when I am bringing my leg forward to walk, you can hear a cracking noise. I'm worried, and I always walk funny around people because I don't want them to hear. I told my mom but she thinks I'm lying. What is is? :'(

Hallo,

How do you mean whenever you walk forward? You walk forward all the time, even when you get out of chair or bed, you have to walk. Now the cracking noise means that your joints are not functioning very well and that your body is lacking for calcium. I think that you should see your doctor ion order to run some test to see what can be done to get rid of this issue. I think that you can solve this by changing your diet where you will eat food that contains more calcium. I hope that this was helpful in any possible way.

All the best to you,

Karen
