Which is better varicocele embolization or surgery ? Especially for infertility .. because I have to do this operation soon as i have infertility issues...

I’ve had both and to answer your question go with the embolization. After surgery my count and t levels didn’t change. The varicocele reoccurred. I then had an embolization and my sperm count rose from 1 to 40 million. T levels rose over 400 from 248 to 689. The procedure also had no real recovery time and only took about an hour.
