I am 17 years old and not sexually active. Lately I have noticed white (mostly clumpy) discharge in the front right between the flaps of my vagina. It does appear in my underwear also. What could this be? If im not sexually active at all then is it a yeast infection? Is this common to have a yeast infection without being sexually active?

Hi. If it smells bad or is itchy then it is probably a yeast infection, very common even without being sexually active. If it doesn't smell or itch it could just be the normal mucous produced. Does it change consistancy during your menstral cycle?

I never noticed any wierd smell.. I just started noticing it recently.. so i will keep an eye on it this menstruation. I am hoping there is something i can take, because its not very appealing and it comes often even right after showering.
