Nearly a year ago I had a mole frozen off of the shin of one of my legs. It regrew back several months later and took on a white color. It is also dry and has always been cracking. I also lift a lot and the area gets irrated for obvious reasons. (bar rubbing against shin)

I am thinking of going to the dermatoligist because it has recently started to bleed and looks like it may be falling apart. I can't tell exacly what its doing. It's not hideous or anything, but it looks like a raised scab of some sort. Very rough in texture. I am slightly worried as I should have taken care of this before, but didn't really do anything for so long.

Any ideas on what this could be?
