White Spots on Vagina

So, last weekend I was hooking up with a guy and we did have unprotected sex, which I know... was stupid. But, the next morning my Vagina felt irritated or as if it were just really dry so my initial thought was just sensitivity because of the friction. Two days later there was the same feeling, slightly elevated and three days later I thought I had a UTI so I got the Azo pills and did the regiment but on the following morning (the 4th day after) I noticed some white spots, somewhat resembling pimples so I made an appointment with my Doctor and she did blood tests and all came back negative. When she called with those results the other day she suspects that it may be genital herpes and while I am obviously upset about that, I am coming to terms with the fact that she may be right, however I just don't know if that is whats really going on. When I went to my appointment with my Doctor and she was unsure of what it was, she put me on antibiotics and I am now on my last day of the antibiotics and the spots are actually getting better... not a lot, but better and where some of the spots are no long there, there seems to be a little cut... I know there is no cure for herpes so if that is what I have, the antibiotics would have no effect. I am getting a blood test again on Tuesday but I know it can take several weeks for the anti-bodies to show up in the blood... I guess Im just wondering if anyone else has had white spots on their vagina and it wasn't genital herpes? Every picture I look at doesn't look like the spots I h'ave.
