So I am a 28 year old male and since I was about the age of 15 I have had small white bumps on my scrotum and around the base of my penis. Over time they seem to have increased in number. They never ooze, but they do occasionally itch, sometimes alot. The size of a bump here or there occasionally increases and then goes away without much warrant. I initially thought I had genital herpes. I finally got enough courage to see a doctor about it this year. He didn't take a look at them, but did perform a blood test for herpes simplex 1 and 2 and both came back normal. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on what this could be. Please help.

The bumps that you are referring to are very common for men! I forget the name of what they are so hopefully someone else who will reply can answer to that but I would like to ask why you waited over ten years to see a doctor about it? I understand being a little afraid certainly, but I hope that in the future that you will consider seeing a physician sooner rather than later next time because you could seriously put your health in danger! I don't intend to sound judgmental so understand that it's just concern on my part. Does anyone know the name of these bumps?
