White vaginal discharge

well first off, you must understand that your vagina is very sensitive & very prone to infection. The vagina is a direct gateway inside your body for germs. Most doctors recommend women take showers rather than bathing in a bath tub because doing so is like asking for a bactierial infection. Second, discharge is normal...you need to know that your vagina is like a self cleaning oven, no need for douching,the discharge you're seeing may be a sign of just that. If you have any foul oder it's most likely a sign of infection & you should see a gynocologist immediately for treatment.
