I am a 18 year old college student and for the past couple months, i have felt sick to my stomache after i eat anything. I get very tired and stomach hurts, i feel like i am going to vomit, and get bad headaches. I dont know if this has to do with anythign relating to this issue, but since this has all began i have noticed i get clausterphobic alot faster and when im tight or overly heated places (like the shower) get very clausterphobic and panic a little.

How can i fix this? Is this normal?

I've been having the same symptoms since the summer... so I finally went to the doctor today and he said that I more than likely have ulcers but I have to go get tests 2moro just to make sure. But I've always been claustrophobic for as long as I can remember. But do you stress a lot (even over the small stuff) because I did/do and whenever I stress It goes to my stomach, kind of like when I get nervous I get butterflies lyk other people but mine is like 3 times as worse and the fact that i get nervous/stressed over everything.... but anyways u could have ulcers. But i would go to the doc just to be sure and he can prescribe u some meds to help.

I was afraid the answer would be ulcers. =/ I have always been claustrophobic, but its never been this bad. like i stepped on a escalator and it was narrow and verry long, and i had a small panic moment. I believe lately i have been stressing alot mroe than usual. There is alot going on for me right now and its hard to juggle it all. THANKS SO MUCH FoR YOUR REPLY!

You're welcome... but yeah I think that's why mine are so bad because I stress over everything and on top of that I'm claustrophobic which makes stress worse, but go to the doctor and he/she can run tests to make sure and they can give u meds

There are other options than ulcers, you are way too young to have them at age of 18. That would mean that you took the insane amount of medication and bad food in last few years and you can tell if you did or not. People don’t get them just because, even the stress and anxiety don’t cause them, and they just make things worse once you have ulcer or similar stomach problem. But, what you described definitely can be caused by stomach bacteria H. pylori – most people have it but eventually it starts to cause indigestion and nausea. It’s easily tested and completely treatable with antibiotics. So, ulcers are definitely unlikely possibility but see a doctor to find out exactly what it is.

my brother is 23..he has had ulcers sense he was 20..he never knew it for along time.

he found out when he was diagnosed with chrones disease.i have anxiety, and the anxiety alone will make me weak and tired.and make me feel sick..i normally dont have any actual attacks..unless im under alot of stress or something is bothering me that i am not realizing is bothering as bad as it is..but,sometimes once i have a bad attack,it takes days for it to go away..i start to feel dizzy and my head tingles.and i shake, then i cant breath.and i cant focus or think.i even forget things.i was driving down the road and started having one.i then realized that i had forgot where i was and where i was going..it took a few min. but i got it togeather, and called someone..id deffinetly get checked.but, anxiety and nerves can cause you to have alot things that feel completely different from what ppl exspect anxiety to feel like..
