I don't know whats wrong with me! Okay i am only 16 years old and everysingle day there is not one day that i dont have a headace its really bothering i cant focus. I have vision loss at times but i know my vision is good because i checked that. I dont want to go to the doctor because im scared or just to shy to say whats going on with ma body. I do not get enough sleep and no thats not it because when i do its the same thing. I wake up with them and stay like that the whole day. Sometimes it stops then it continues I dont want to tell my parents because i know they will make a big deal of it and stuff. I be stressed out a whole lot i try not to care but its hard. By the way the last couple of months i have some bleeding i've noticed when im at the washroom. Plus i be not feeling good at times and i feel like throwing up but then don't and my throat be sore so does my neck. I be tired a whole lot even if i don't do anything. What should i do? I Mean i want to go to the doctor but i dont know and oh yeah i forgot i don't know if this is important but when i was little i had a virus in my heart but that cured.

First off, you should never, ever feel shy about going to the doctor. If something is wrong with you, you'd want to catch it at an early stage before the condition spirals out of control. My daughter was in the hospital for cancer, and a patient came in--he was about 10, and his penis/testicles hurt. They had hurt for a long time, but he was too shy to say anything. When the pain was so bad that he couldn't stand it, he spoke up and it turned out he had advanced cancer. It was awful.

Where are you bleeding--from your nose? Are you drinking enough water (dehydration causes headaches)? Are you eating enough? (low blood sugar causes headaches).

In severe situations, there could be a tumor--you need to go get checked out.
