On days that you don't run.
I just got back into running after taking a couple weeks off after the track season to rest my muscles and after each of the 3 workouts in the lsat week my legs felt great and bouncy. I've noticed that on the days that i haven't ran that they are REALLY tired. i can barely move them.
why the heck is this??
