i feel hungry, tiredness frequently after i quit smoking.. how can i overcome this?? i quit 4 months back but i still have the craving to smoke..

Hi Illindia, Firstly I am no expert because this isnt my first attempt to quit smoking. The longest being 6months! but I have a lot of experience.

This time I too have not smoked since september time! so that makes me just over 4months too! well done to us hey!

Everything you say is perfectly normal from quitting in my opinion. Time I believe is a great healer from what ive read with quitting smoking.

I guess weve just got to be patient and take good care of ourselves in the process, eg healthy food (easier said then done) and multivitamins if necessary, especially in the early part of the quit. Eat well, rest and exercise. Keep buzy with your body and mind! .... so yes yes yes to your questions, and you should feel very proud of how far you have come. I know i do!
