for the week, i've had a a very irrarating bump on the outside of my vagina. it stared out as a sore bump but when i put hot water on it, it got bigger and inflamed. i had bumps on my genitals before; but this one was the worst. i'm not sure if i should go to the emergency or wait to i can see my obgyn? :-( :-(
