Worry about sebaceous prominence...

I know that its normal to have those on men's penis but I think I got little excessive of sebaceous prominence on my left, right, and bottom of penis. So I checked on websites for reduction or cure. Many people said that its a scam or its required to have continuous uses daily. To be honest, its pretty noticeable on my penis. Can you guys make me feel better? :-(
