Hello, I am 31 years old and I am pregnant. I admit that I am not the youngest of all moms, but I will hope that everything will be ok with my baby. I would like to hear some more about the benefits of the breastfeeding. Would you be breast feeding your children? Why is that important?

We are called mammals because of the process of breastfeeding, which is most essential for the proper build up of the immune system. Not only that, all the systems in the baby’s body are not fully developed and therefore the mother’s milk will not cause the allergic reaction in the baby. And also, breast fed kids have less risk for developing illnesses like leukemia, for example.
