I am not a doctor or qualified anything. But I have given advice and specialised diets to many young and old women who have been overweight and become healthy middle BMI. In other words they have come to be and asked for help most have tried to stop eating and take pills etc. Fasting is the worst way to lose weight unless of course your underweight, but then why would you want to lose weight anyway. Im not good with words.
Basically email me let me know foods you dont like and foods you love and how much exercise your willing to do.
It all comes down to how much you REALLY want this..
