I have stopped,under supervision zolof and lunesta,which stopped working. i have been taking xanix 1.mg about twice a day. I seen to be able to get things done that i usually dread and worry about. there is serious drug and alcholic addiction ( even overdose) in my family, thou i am 50 and have avoided all till now.. My kids and husband are fine,and i feel It's my time to feel better.Is it alright to take xanix.? how much? I have had cancer at 39 so I feel i may worry more than most. .My doc thinks all this is fine, but he is a friend, and not too objective. For the last week the xanix taking has been 1mg, daily, before that rare. but it's helping without lunesta. to sleep. I also had an unconsious driving experience with ambien cr. Sorry this is long. should i see someone?Thanks
