My xray result is koch's infection with signs of volume loss and cavity formations, bilateral. Concomitant pneumonia is not totally ruled out. What does it means?

You have TB. You're lungs are damaged, both sides. You may also have pneumonia, fluid in the lungs.
This is very serious. Follow up with your pulmonologist/doctor.
