Hi i had a yeast infection last month and yesterday i noticed when i pee it burnt and today i started to itch and when i pee it burns sometimes...I also see a lil specks of white discharged i was wondering if im get bk a yeast infection

yes that sounds like another yeast infection..... i would have it checked out by a doctor if using yeast infection cream doesnt help.
