Hello, I am currently under a doctors care and he is looking at possibly removing my gall bladder if testing comes back positive. My question is, does the yellow skin and eyes fade away with the removal of the gall bladder?

Hi Angela,

It's called jaundice, the yellowing of eyes and skin.

If it's the gall bladder then yes, after removal it should fade.  It can also indicate problems with the liver.  I would suggest that you seek a second opinion before surgery.
