I recently had unprotected anal sex with my girlfriend. After I ejaculated, I noticed some sperm running down towards her vagina. She got in the shower and rinsed both the anus and vagina opening for about 15 minutes. What are the chances that she could be pregnant?

The chances are very slim if it was just on the outside, since the sperm doesnt go all the way inside.
