1 month late. 15 years old. Do doctors check results for pregnancy every time?

3 weeks ago I had sex with this guy I really like, we've been kind of going on and off. Before i had sex with him i was already 2 weeks late for my period. A couple days after I slept with him I went to camp and got a virus with a bad fever and sore throat. It went away then when I got home a couple days after my legs were going into spasms for 2 weeks. I was already stressed with the thought I might be pregnant so when I went to the hospital to find out why I was having spasms they took blood tests and urine tests. The doctor never said anything so I just assumed I wasn't pregnant because nothing like that showed up on the reports. But know I'm 35 days late for my period and very concerned but I haven't had any symptoms and I'm only 15. Do they check for pregnancy everytime??
