Hello, GuestMetalMama. It could possibly be hemorrhoids. Have you ever had them before? Is it bright red blood? If it is, that is what it is, I'm sure. Usually if someone is bleeding internally (intestinal) if will be dark red or not visible at all. You are not that far along so hemorrhoids will worsen as the baby grows and pressure increases on your organs. You can purchase OTC medication to help shrink them and stop the bleeding. If they get really bad, let your doctor know so that he may recommend other treatment.
