I am a 46 year old male with hemroids. I just had a bowal movement and when I wiped, the toilet paper was full of bright red blood and so was the toilet water. I have since been sitting on paper and there does not seem to be any blood on it. I am hoping it was just the hemroids, what other problems could it be? Prostate or colone cancer?

It is likely the hemorrhoids.
Bright red means the blood came from very close to the anus. If it was further "upstream" it would be darker.
