Hi, im nicole and im new to this site. im 12 and i weigh 145 pounds and i am high in cholesterol. i am VERY concerned about my weight. i dont like the way i look or feel. i really need help on losing weight. i keep trying and trying but no matter what i dont lose anything! can anyone give me a diet plan and an everyday workout routine?? something that will help me lose weight! please!
