Im a 13 year old girl, i am 5"8 and weigh 185lbs, i am on a soccer team and have soccer practice on monday night , wednesday night and thursday night, and also sunday morning, each practice is an hour and a half long, although i do alot of exercise, i am still fat, and i really hate it, i need advice and tips on how to lose weight because ive tryed everything, but it just doesnt help :-(
