i had exacltly the smae problem!! i would touch my clitbfor ages and it felt good but it never built up. then used my electric toothbrush. i put on pants and turn on the toothbrush with the bristle side ober where my clit is then id cross my legs over it and grind. works so well i always come so quick. hope it works ;)
