Well, I am a 14-year-old male and I am worried that I possibly have penile cancer. The reasons I think I have penile cancer are that I have like a red line on my penis and I also have 1 red bump. The read bump does NOT hurt when I touch it and I also have like other little bumps on my penis. I looked up symptoms of penile cancer and it says that if I have a red streak on my penis I should seek medical care... Am I over exaggerating?? Please help and Thank You!

Is the red line on the underside of your penis and does it go to your scrotum?
If it does we all have it the line happens in the womb when the male parts develop all boys have it some are a bit more noticeable but it is normal.
The other bumps if you do a search for fordyce spots that might help you to determine if that is what you have.
They are normal also and most guys have them.
At 14 penile cancer is unlikely but after you check things out if your still concerned ask your parents to make you an appointment to see your doctor it will help put your mind at ease.

No I does not go to the scrotum. Well, not from what I can see. Yes, I do have Fordyce spots but I also have one bigger lump or spot. Thank You for replying
