im quite concerned that your 'best friend' pressured you in to having sex with him, as friends dont do this! your far too young to be having sex in the first place.
its unlikely that you are pregnant but it can happen.
you can go and see the doctor on your own, you dont need parents consent and they can not tell your parents anything. good luck and be careful
