Okay so I'm 14, I'm 5'5 and 120lbs but I want to lose 10 lbs, I okay hardcore fast pitch and have practice Sundays, Tuesdays, And Fridays, for two hours. Fridays is conditioning, and eat only apples for lunch, and dont really eat breakfast but when I get home I eat Nutella sandwiches, yogurt, and other stuff, how do I lose weight
