I'm 16 and a few months ago I started having panic attacks. A doctor issued me some sheets listing a few techniques to help me during one. To a certain extent they worked, but I just can't rid my self of the feeling that: I can't breathe, I've eaten something and I'm allergic to it so my throat will close up, If I don't do some specifc thing a bad thing will happen. I know it's just me but sometimes it feels real...what can i do? A day no longer goes by in which i don't think there's something majorly wrong with me simply because of a silly little twinge in my neck or arm. I hate it :-( any advice?
