Hey! 

I am here because I am 17, but I have the same penis size since I was 10, or even 9. I literally didn't grow. I have like 1'' flaccid and maybe 3.4'' erect. But I checked average measures for men with my body measures, my shoe size is 13! I am 1.90cm tall. I have huge hands as well and broad shoulders, and the average for this is 8.5'' .But still my penis hasn't grown at all. I am kind of chubby and I am a really late bloomer, I still don't have facial hair. Not even chest hair. I actually saw by ACCIDENT my 13 year old cousin penis and he was like 5 inches while flaccid!

Does this mean I will still grow? Or it will stay like this? I am a bit worried. Because everything in my body is huge except my penis...
