YES - you should see a doctor right away, preferabley an endocrinologist.
AND - don't let it bother you.
Either your penis is a normal, on the smaller size OR you have a medical condition that may or may not be treatable.
As a women - I promise you - size is a man's issue. A smaller penis may affect "how" you have sex - but it doesn't have to affect the quality of sex.
