Im 19 and there are not many signs of puberty on me, i have hair in some places but not alot, my voice has broken slightly and my penis is still the size it was when i was about 13, nothing has changed on me and im to scared to go to my doctors, im still a virgin but my girlfriend wants to start a family, and im scared that my child like penis will stop things, i dont know what to do can you help

It is odd that you are 19 and still haven't finished going through puberty. Men tend to keep developing until around 21. Do you have troubles cumming or keeping an erection? If so, then that might cause problems when it comes to starting a family with your girlfriend. If she loves you I doubt she is going to see your penis and leave because it is small. As long as everything works correctly she shouldn't complain. When you say child like it isn't clear how small that is to you. You might of had a normal size penis at 13, I personally don't recall my penis looking any different now then it did when I was younger. Although there isn't much you can do to increase the size of your penis, I would still suggest seeing a doctor. They might be able to prescribe you something that will speed up your puberty. If you are 19 you should be able to go to the doctor by yourself, so there is no need to be embarrassed, doctors are trained to help you, don't be ashamed to tell them something that might make you better.
