I am 13 and i still haven't hit puberty. I feel so embarrassed around my friends because they all show signs of puberty. I know i am supposed to hit puberty between the ages 12-16 but i am scared i will never hit puberty.
There is this girl i really like but one time i had gotten hard and she noticed and then she bursted out into laughter. She told all of her friends and now i have no friends and everyone makes fun of me. When i am hard my penis is only 1 and a half inches.

You will hit puberty when your body is ready being 13 and to not have started puberty is pretty common there are others guys in your school that are the same as you are.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with you all you need is more time to grow and develop.
Erections are a sign of puberty so you could be just about to start it.
As far as that girl making fun of you because you got hard and your not being too big move past her you deserve much better than some ska-nk that makes fun of you over your size.
All of your friends are getting hard at different times also it happens a lot during puberty.
With not starting puberty your size is understandably a bit smaller but that will change soon.
Your much further off not having them as friends anyone that makes fun of someone over something like that is not worth trying to be friends with.
