No, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you have acontracted HIV as well but it does mean that your chances of contracting HIV with these infections are much bigger. You should test for HIV though. I would advise you to refrain from sex until you get these infections treated and use condoms next time as they certainly minimize the risk of any STDs.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are nasty diseases but are easily cured. If you take your medications as directed and refrain from having sex during the treatment you will do just fine. Make sure you see your doc for a follow-up after the treatment ends to make sure you are infections free.
