3 month old baby passing mucus with stools

My 3 month daughter is passing stools atleast 6 times a day with mucus. She is bottle fed and never had this problem till the last 2weeks. She is taking her feeds well & is active and not cranky. She salivates a lot also. Her stools are normal - seedy and mustard in colour. She has no problems with passing them either but it stinks. She is not teething either as i ran my fingers around the gums. I am worried. Pls help
