3 types of weird lower abdomal pain

Hello people of the SteadyHealth world!! I have been experiencing lower abdominal pains over the past 3 and a half weeks. I am a Not trying to conceive woman and I take no contraceptives and no medication what so ever. I am 2 and a half weeks late for my period and the pains started a week before it was due, although the pains was not the same as the usual cramps leading to my period. These pains were more dull (lower centre)and in the background, along with lower back ache (Lower back ache is normal 2-3 days before period starts). Being a week late for my period I started feeling poking sensations and one day I felt a electric shock type pain from 2 CM underneath my navel to where my vagina begins that happened a couple of times that day. Pain subsided for 2-3 days. Now this new pain has slowly got worse in the frequency and intensity, this new pain is located anywhere on the lower abdomen from centre, left and right. This pain happens every 30-60 minutes, the pain seems to happen after bending forward or getting up quick, but also it can come when I'm just sitting down (especially when driving). When this pain comes it actually feels a lot like round ligament pain but I have taken a pregnancy test or 4 and they have come back negative. I went to a walk in centre today but I got told my bladder could be inflamed. Urine test came back negative for urine infection and pregnancy.(My urinating is fine and it does not hurt). I didn't tell the nurse and doctor about all the other pain and how long its gone on for as I have been worried over the past couple of days now about this new pain so I though the rest was irrelevant but somewhat now I now believe maybe it wasn't. Apart from the pain, there's other things I have noticed as I don't want to leave anything out as it could be important or tied to something specific. My vision has gone blurry recently and sometimes what I look at shakes. I've noticed the blurry eyes more on TV and some times looking at a object it will shake. I Feel off balance and dizzy, I also get light headed getting up to quickly. Headaches very frequently and a lot of acid reflux. I started reading about causes of late periods and got on to the subject of woman getting their positive pregnancy test at like 8 or 9 weeks or not until really late and even never. These things I have noticed lately I don't understand what's going on me. Anyone know of this at all???
