hie i am 6 months pregnant and recently started having problems with my gums . I recently spotted a pimple on my upper gum line sitting on top of my in scissor tooth on the right . I last went to the dentist in October last year to have a filling in my front tooth . I have no idea what this is .It produces puss and blood when i squeeze it but generally doesn't hurt .I am reading here on this site that a root canal will have to be done to me....what exactly is that. is this problem linked to my pregnancy in any way . Please help
