hey im very worried. im 6 weeks pregnant and on the 21/12/2010 i started bleeding more light bleeding so i went to the doctors who booked me in at the epu. i got there and had a scan and they say the yolk sack in the right place but couldnt see anything else just yet. they didnt seem concerned they booked me in for another scan in january 2011. i havnt stopped bleeding yet but it hasnt got any worse still the same and no clots. my bleeding changes to brown then pink then a little red then brown again. i have no idear whats going on but im very scared. :'(

I too have similar "experiences" like everyone else is posting. I found out I was pregnant on 12/6/10 and on 1/3/11, I started "spotting" brown/light red blood. I have called my doctor/nurse twice and they keep telling me that these things are pretty normal. I am 8 weeks pregnant. I have had pretty bad back pains since about 5 weeks (crazy because I havent gained a pound) but no period-like cramping. My breasts never hurt but they were tender to touch, and I would have to say that the tenderness has gone away - I dont know if I am over thinking things and causing the symptoms in my mind or if all of these things could be a sign of something bad?!? I have my first ultrasound at the end of this month - for all of the praying people out there, please say a little pray for me and my baby fetus! Thanks.

I had very light bleeding on and off for starting from 25th day to 29th day of my cycle. I have taken test on 34th day and pregnancy test showed positive twice. I am really really worried that may be I miscarried. I heard that implantation bleeding can last maximum 2 days. My dr's appointment is not for another 2 days. I am really worried. Please if anyone had the same but still continued pregnancy let me know

i am having the exact same problems have been bleeding now for 7 days still light and still dark blood which means its old blood , i am 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby after trying for many years , i'm 27 and have had an ultrasound the doc basically said come back in a wk n they'l do another to see if i'm still preg confused and worried sick she didnt really sound very sure , but she did show me my tiny baby was in the rite place and the heart was beating tho very slowly she said that could be because its so early and we wont really know more until next week , the thing that has me worried is she said the heart could be slow because my baby is dieing :'( and it might come away . really dont know what to think my partner and i are so scared , any help or advise would be gratfully recieved . hope we all good news at the scans x

My wife started bleeding at 5 weeks. Heavy at times even clotting. We're at 6 weeks now. Last night she past a golf ball size clot. Almost black in color. This is the second time since we found out we're pregnant. The bleeding never stops but every time we go in for an ultrasound the baby's heartbeat is still strong but how do you get peice of mind when you're bleeding that much. We feel like there is nothing we can do but will it ever stop? I would also like to thank all the women that have posted thier stories on this board. Reading this has mad it easier knowing we're not alone. I raise my glass to you because I know how hard it is on me I cant imagine how hard it is on you and my wife.

i am 6 weeks pregnant on thursday and started bleeding. the doctor, today, told me that it could be from an irritated cervix due to sexual intercourse. unless there is a thick clot coming out combined with heavy bleeding & cramping, you are more than likely okay. if you are still worried, request an ultrasound.

Yes iam 6 weeks pregnant too, and for the past 5 days now:when i go to the bathroom and wipe there is blood!!! I'm freaking out ,this never happened in my other healthy pregnancies and im just really worried!! Went to the er and they basically dident tell me anything. All they know is that im pregnant but they couldent really see the sac,i guess cause it was too early. They said if i had severe cramps (to the point where im keeled over) <with heavy bleeding then come back to the er. But all there info did for me was nothing!!! I feel like flipping out right now,God im sooo mad!! my closest app i could get w/my gyno is a week away,GREAT !!! Ya know i've been reading and there are alot of women out there that bleed and still have healthy pregnancies.God i hope im 1 of them too

I wish the doctors would tell us more I am 6 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding since tuesday. Its started a lilt darker and is now red. I am having ni cramps and there is a baby in my uterus with a heartbeat. I go in on this coming tuesday to check and see if the baby is still alive I am really scared. I am 8 weeks pregnant and have started bleeding. The first 2 days light and only when i wiped. On day 3 blood is a lot redder but again only when I wipe. Have had an internal ultrasound which confirmed there is a baby with a heart beat. At this stage it is a wait and see.

I'm about 6 weeks pregnant. Last week I had intercourse and experienced a very sharp pain on my right side only once did this occur though. We held off on intercourse for 2 days and when we did it again everything seemed fine, just some light spotting. Since then I've had spotting throughout the week (slightly noticeable on the toilet paper when I wipe). I've been wearing dark underwear so I didn't notice anything on the underwear but today I wore white and when I went to the bathroom there was brown spotting about the size of a dime. Starting this week also I've had extreme nausea, only threw up once but nausea has been lasting pretty much the entire day. I've been eating regularly and for the most part pretty healthy as well, although one day I'll like something and then the next the thought alone makes me want to vomit. I've also had EXTREME exhaustion...I mean I'm constantly tired! I called the dr's this morning about the nausea (before I noticed the spotting) and they didn't have room to see me today so I have to wait until Monday, 9am. This is my 2nd pregnancy. My first one was 6 years ago and I gave birth 2 months early due to pre-elcampsia. Since then I've had 3 surgeries on my ovaries (2 on the right side one on the left for ovarian cysts). I'm extremely nervous because I don't know what to think. I Google online and some websites say spotting is normal and nothing to worry about and others say possible ectopic pregnancy. I don't have any shoulder pain that I notice. Tinges every here n there but I think that's because I sleep in awkward positions now since my belly is so sensive I get nauseas easily. Not much for cramping either. At first I noticed a dull ache on my right side but then I was feeling the same on my left. I don't know what to think, I'm nervous as heck and just wish I could go to the dr's now to ease my worries. Anyone have any opinions on any of this??

I am also about 7 weeks and researched this on the internet. I had a little wipe of blood yesterday after sex and today after sex. This is my first baby so my husband and I are both really worried. So we called the hospital and they said that I am suppose to not walk much or go anywhere anymore and that we should stop having sex. They think it was due to the having sex that caused me to bleed.

i have same as you.. im 6 weeks pregnant and on monday i have discharge brown then when i wipe is color red. so i went to the doctor on monday and he took me blood test, urine, and pelvic exam. and he said everything is fine. then he appointment me this coming tuesday may, 10/2012. ultrasounds. i hope my baby fine bcoz im so scared until now i still bleeding color black red but not heavy like a period. this is 3 days now i still bleeding... we are very worried this is my 1st pregnancy 3 yrs we trying this. anyone can experience like this ?/?//
