Even at 42, you could be in the planning stage of menopause. I started my decent at 43. It began with short irratic periods, then none at all. I was period free 2 years later. In order to determine if this is whats happening with you, you should see your doctor to find out where your hormone level is at. At 45, my hormone level was totally depleted. I opted against synthetic hormones and got thru it myself, it wasn't the easiest thing i ever did but i made it.
Are you feeling any different? Are you still sexually responsive? Menopause will put your sex drive in reverse. What about your moods?
On the flip side of that, there may be a medical issue going on internally. When was the last time you had a good internal/pap smear?
Do you feel any pain in your lower stomach near your ovaries? Are you bloated and gassey? 62 days is a long time to miss a period and i would think about seeing my doctor. If something is going on, early detection is the best. I am not suggesting that something is seriously wrong, just consider talking to your doc.

I recently found out that the point where it is abnormal to skip a period is actually 90 days, so the fact that you haven't had your period in 2 months is actually not a cause for concern. I would probably see a doctor anyway, but just so you know, you are okay as far as I can tell. What do you think?
