7 days after tonsil removal I am very hungry but cannot eat because of pain

I'm 15 I got my tonsils removed 7 days ago in I have been praying that the pain of when I swallow go away now but it hasn't and I am Sooo Soooo hungry but I just can't eat it hurts Super Bad when I try to eat in I'm eating soup I haven't even had the chance or courage to try hard foods drinking Cold Water in apple Juice hurts so bad i Just want the pain to stop I'm so hungry I want to eat and drink cold drinks a ice towel usually helps but when I eat it feels like open sores in my mouth in it burns when anything tries to go down . The medicine helps but I hate taking it I'm sleep almost the whole day everyday after taking this acetaminophen . I just want to get better It hurts me to talk still in it's been a Week What am I suppose to do I can't catch the hiccups because it hurts like crazy when I sneeze and cough it hurts I just want help and I want this pain to end I regret getting my tonsils pulled .
