I just wanted to know if there is a disease out the where you think you are always right, no matter how wierd or far out your ideas get, you think they are the right ones consistently. Possibly a brain dissorder?
other symptoms can include arrogance or over inflated egos etc.

Yes, this is what I also find annoying.
My girlfriend used to be like that but I always managed to beat her with facts, so she stopped playing a smart-ass and started listening..... XD

I believe that that could be narcissism you are trying to describe but that doesn’t have to be the condition person you are annoys by is suffering from.
Also if the person who is always right in your surroundings is by any chance your partner than maybe you should consider that something is wrong in your relationship. This happens very often and this usually means that in this relationship you have 49% of power and the other person has 51 %. You can try to deny this but the truth always comes out no matter what you do.
So if you have situation like this consider either breaking up or to talk and try to resolve issues which are bothering you.
