So I'm 14 years old and i'm 100% virgin. On the inside of my thigh I have got a large red lump on my pantie line. This makes it painful for me to walk and is also making me nervous when I see my boyfriend, who is 17, because we may begin to have sexual intercourse soon. The lump is painful to touch and red/pink. Also, I've been on the pill for the last month and a half but it's not been successful so far as I seem to be having extreamly long periods (usually lasting around 3-4 weeks). I was thinking that maybe the use of sanitary towels so often may have stimulated this lump to grow but am begining to worry that it is more serious. Can anybody help me?! D:
