My gum on the bottom of my front teeth has split downwards due to getting caught whilst eating food , this now is gelling back together , last night I noticed what I thought was an ulcer next to it , later that night I notice it was raised so I put pressure next to it with my finger and to my surprise puss came out of it , which has left me worried :/
