Sorry to post this but none of the others i have read sound like what i have. I have a small fatty type lump the size of a pea on inside both sides of my outer labia. They are completely under the skin and feel more like they are attached to the muscle underneath. When i feel touch them they move around a little. They do not hurt but have been there for a few years now. It has bothered me for a long time as i have no idea what they are. They have not grown. Are they just fatty lumps? Its odd how they are on both side? Any ideas?

They sound like harmless cysts, especially since they have not changed in form, size, etc. Have you ever gotten a medical opinion? Are they always present? That's a really important question. If they come and go, you could be dealing with something else. The important thing to remember about cysts is that they can change, and if so, you'd need to have them checked immediately. Cysts can go from harmless to serious. What have you learned since your post? Did you have them looked at? If so, what were you told? Please let me know.
