I'm a typical male, who's too embarrassed to visit the dr... so looking wound for some advice.
I've got a small pea size bump (spot) on my anus which is painful like hell, especially when I sit. No iching or bleeding. What is it and how can I fix?

Well my friend welcome to the world of haemorrhoids. Go to a chemist/drug store and get some cream for it it should take care of it after a couple of days (you'll have to ask the person that serves you what would be the best cream to use as i have no idea where you are to suggest what to use.) Also think about how you got it in the first place and start eating lots if fibre!!
