I exercise regularly but still I can`t see the results. My stomach is flat, but not muscular looking. How long it would take for me to get such a stomach? I need some help for killer abs…

Hi. I treat my abdominals like any other muscles on my body. I don`t train every day. My ab routine is to let my muscles rest for at least one day between workouts. Here is what I do: First I lie on a bench and reach over my head. Then I raise my legs in the air, with my knees slightly bent. I raise and lower my hips. Another exercise is to sit on the floor with my knees bent. I hold my arms in front of me and lean back until I am halfway to the floor. Then I lift my feet off the floor and extend my legs (keep them low). Hold for 30 sec. and repeat.
